I was late to pick up my rental car in Hamburg Airport.
The rental office was closed, and their phones did not answer. Had to rent another car and was delayed another 2 hours. RENTALCARS.COM charged me 14 days of rental for the car that I never received. I made several complaints, but no way they will refund my the money.
I have tried to explain to them, that paying 14 days of rental for a car you do not have is unfair and unreasonable, but there is no way to make them understand.

For sure they will steal your money - rip you off as simple thiefs.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of airport car rental and associated monetary loss in the amount of $350. Rentalcars needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
